Her newest venture is TravelCatShop.com, a global 7-figure eCommerce brand she co-founded with customers in 75+ countries. There she leads organic marketing and community building. In 2021 she got into real estate investing and launched GetawayUpstate.com, a suite of premium short-term rentals in upstate New York. Her first company FindSpark produced 250+ career, diversity, and recruitment programs for top employers like NBCUniversal, Yelp, L'Oreal, and Grey and their 30,000+ members. An Adjunct Professor since 2014, Emily teaches career and social media courses at multiple colleges and has been featured on Good Morning America and in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Glamour, among others.
